Grant Application
**Important Information**
This program is scheduled to conclude at the end of the current grant period (end of 2026), as FEMA has confirmed that additional funding and extensions will not be available to continue this grant program.
*Applications for Phase 1 Construction Grants are currently still available and will remain open until September 1, 2026. Applications must be complete with all required information and documentation prior to this date.
*NEW Phase 2 Construction Grant applications will no longer be accepted as of 02/03/2026.
* All applications currently in the system for Phase 1 and Phase 2 will continue to be reviewed and evaluated according to program criteria, provided all required information is submitted and program requirements are met
Let’s Apply On-Line!
An online portal has been developed to host the grant application. The application will create an account for both Phases, Design and Construction. General information will be used for both phases ,and as you continue through the program, you will be asked to provide specific information for each phase.

The portal will provide step by step guidance and each section identifies the following:
- Typical time it should take for input
- Signatures Needed
- Forms that are needed
- Images that are needed
2. Application Check List
Applicants can review the application check list and begin to compile the required information.
Applicant and Building Information will be used for both design and construction application phases.
